Author, global nomad, and TCK mom, Marci Renée, will lead live, interactive readings of the children’s books in her series, “Pierre’s World Traveling Adventures.” Check out more of her books here.
Join us on August 5, 2025, from 4-5 p.m. (Paris time) for a read-aloud of “Icky, Itchy Underwear!” and some fun, interactive activities!
Pierre hates wearing underwear! He thinks they are icky and itchy, and they drive him crazy! After talking to his parents and his brothers, after trying lots of different kinds and styles of underwear, he finally accepts the reality. Everyone, everywhere in the world has to wear underwear, and so does he! Pierre learns different techniques to self-regulate his emotions, especially his fear and anxiety about underwear. These practical tools help him to overcome his fear of underwear and to face other everyday challenges.

These are free, virtual events, recommended for TCKs ages 3-10. However, they are open to TCKs of all ages, parents, teachers, TCK advocates, and anyone else who loves to hear a good children’s story!
